How to redeem Komus Gift Card (RU)?

In store:

Go to a Komus retail store and choose your items.
At checkout, show the certificate on your mobile device screen (no need to print).
The cashier will scan or enter the certificate details.
The certificate is valid for one-time use only and must be used by the holder.

Note: If the purchase amount is less than the certificate's value, the remaining balance will not be refunded and the certificate will be considered fully used, due to technical limitations of the store system.

Online:

Start placing your order as usual.
Select "Delivery" as the delivery method.
Choose "Cash on delivery" as the payment method.
In the pop-up window, check "Payment with certificates," then enter the 13-digit card number and the 6-digit code.

Note: If your order total is less than the value of the certificate, the remaining balance will be saved for your next purchase on the Komus online store. It will not be refunded in cash.
